Business Viability
A fair price for the building is only half the question. The other half is whether the business inside it can carry the purchase, the rent or payment, and itself.
The report ends with a straight answer: the numbers work, the numbers work only under stated conditions, or the numbers do not work — with the math shown either way.
The Viability Report is part of the buyer suite that follows the Property Asking-Price Evaluation. The evaluation tests what the property is worth. This report tests whether your plan for it holds together. Many buyers run both before making an offer; either can be ordered on its own.
Next step after a go decision: the Business Plan Pack — the same numbers, built into the lender-ready document.
A viability report is research and analysis for your own decision-making. It is not a guarantee of business results, and it is not financial or legal advice.
