What this program is about

A service business loses work in three ordinary places: customers cannot find it, calls and messages do not get answered or returned, and estimates go out with no follow-up. The Service Business Program builds simple systems for those three places — in the tools the shop already uses, sized for a business where the owner is also on the truck.

Getting called — a clear path from search to phone call, and a way to catch the calls that come in after hours.
Following up — a simple, repeatable routine for estimates sent and past customers worth hearing from again.
